"CORPORATE BANKING ASSISTANT" (FINANCIAL SEGMENT)

QUERETARO BRANCH

Main functions:

• Assist in administrative, operational, and customer service tasks.
• Operation follow-up (Generate client quotes. Operation releases)
• Follow-up on client requirements as well as bank departments.
• Review of documents, contracts

Requirements:

• Education: High School Diploma or Completed Bachelor's Degree.
• 2 years of experience in customer service in the financial sector or other industries
• Desirable knowledge of contracts and experience in the banking sector.
• Proficiency in Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, TEAMS, etc.).
• Incident control and resolution.
• Assertive Communication
