Job description
We are looking for two people at the beginning of their career (preferably students in their early years), eager to learn and develop in a stable environment, on a long-term basis. This role is designed to be occupied by two complementary profiles: Profile A (Technical Orientation):
- You are a student at Informatics, Automation or a similar profile.
- You have a demonstrable passion for technology (small personal projects, extra-curricular courses).
- You have basic knowledge or the desire to learn about: Linux, MySQL, PHP, WordPress or JavaScript.
- You are a student at ASE, Informatics Management or an economic profile.
- You like order, you are a meticulous person and attentive to documents.
- Digital Spirit: You easily handle online tools and computers.
- Communication Skills: You are a calm, empathetic and able to hold constructive phone calls with clients.
- Responsibility and Stability: We are looking for people who want a stable job during their studies (and later), not just a temporary collaboration.
- Attention to Details: Essential for processing orders and invoices correctly.
Description of the Job
The displayed salary (1,600 - 2,100 RON Net) corresponds to a 4-hour/week program. You will occupy a polyvalent role in a small team where your contribution will be visible and relevant. You won't be just a number, but you'll learn how a web hosting company works. Main Responsibilities: Customer Support: Handling calls and emails, providing basic technical assistance or commercial information. Administrative: Issuing proformas, processing new orders and sending payment reminders.
