Production Assistant Manager

Valmix Steel SRL - manufacturer of specific equipment for the food and pharmaceutical industry; unique equipment made of stainless steel, iron, aluminum; advertising production.

·         Main Responsibilities: Assist and plan with the technical director the entire production process, actively contribute to productivity growth.

·         identification of new suppliers for the purchase of materials necessary for production, continuous development of the company's client portfolio, maintaining relationships with existing clients;

·         provides technical support and solutions for the products manufactured by the company (storage tanks, preparation vessels, fast-food furniture, metal structures, and other unique equipment.);

·         updates and manages the company's own database of clients, suppliers managed by the production department, and company products;

·         ensures the relationship with external and internal suppliers to define the technical solutions desired by the client;

·         enters all data into the Pluriva ERP system;

Efficient management of the production process for the two production lines, procurement, logistics, for the production department according to ongoing projects;

• Ensures optimal company supply, raw material management, material consumption to production departments, physical inventory records;
• Monitors stock levels and manages inventory with the technical production director, ensuring an optimal level of raw materials required for the entire company's activity,
• Maintains the material database and verifies its accuracy (requirements, in/out, stock)
• Organizes equipment deliveries to clients;
• Manages waste generated from production, organizes delivery to the specialized collection company;
• Tracks orders, ensuring compliance with delivery deadlines and product quality verification;
• Identifies and implements solutions to optimize procurement and logistics processes
• Verifies and calculates production product recipes, enters them into the Pluriva ERP production software;
• Prepares the necessary documentation for production and for executed products;
• Enters the daily production schedule and employee tasks into the Pluriva software;
• Production reports, supplier orders, raw materials, consumption - preparation/analysis
• Verifies and hands over products from production to the warehouse
• Prepares the necessary documentation for production;
• Calculates production orders, tracks them in the Pluriva software;
• Prepares production requirements to ensure the established minimum stock;
• Develops and manages manufacturing processes and prepares specific reports;
• Environmental reporting
• Prepares and updates documentation for ISO9001 for the Production department
• Close collaboration with the technical director to identify procurement needs and develop efficient strategies;

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar role in the manufacturing industry
• - minimum three years of experience in a similar position or in a similar field of activity
• - graduation from a technical faculty;
• -relevant experience in ERP software, Pluriva is an advantage;
• -basic accounting knowledge, working with accounting entries, inventory management - mandatory
• - English language, intermediate/advanced level;
• - technical capacity for product assimilation;
• - speed in drafting documents;
• -work experience and operation in ERP for: procurement, inventory management, logistics, orders, consumption per project;
• - advanced PC skills and proficiency (Word, Excel);
• -technical knowledge of surface measurement, sheet metal thickness measurement, pipe measurement, working with assembly components made of various materials (stainless steel, iron), etc.
• -excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, organizational capacity, good communication and teamwork skills;
• - logical and analytical thinking;
