Production Assistant Director

We are looking for a Production Assistant Director with technical orientation, who understands industrial processes and can intervene in identifying and resolving technical problems that appear in production. Responsibilities:

• Assisting the production director in organizing and coordinating daily activities
• Maintaining production flow and respecting planning
• Identifying and analyzing technical problems in the manufacturing process
• Direct collaboration with the maintenance team to repair defects
• Participating in adjustments, technological tests, and process optimizations
• Monitoring equipment and production parameters
• Preparing production reports and technical situations
• Communicating with suppliers of machinery, parts, and materials
• Requirements:
• Tech studies (technical high school / vocational school / technical university)
• Experience in an industrial production environment – major advantage
• Basic or medium-level knowledge of mechanical engineering
• Able to understand and explain technical problems
• Ability to analyze and practically resolve problems
• Basic computer operation skills (Excel – medium level)
• Availability for work in production, not just office
