- Solid knowledge of PC operation and basic troubleshooting;
- MS Office – medium to advanced level, with emphasis on Excel (pivot tables, charts, formulas);
- Knowledge of installing and configuring Windows operating systems and common applications;
- Knowledge of general networking (LAN/Wi-Fi, IP addresses, connectivity);
- Analysis and synthesis skills;
- Spirit of teamwork, adaptability, and proactivity;
- Possitive attitude, seriousness, attention to detail, and desire for continuous improvement.

- Integrity, responsibility, and good organizational skills;
- Able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously;

- Performs IT equipment maintenance and updates systems;
- Diagnostics and resolves software, hardware, and network problems;
- Ensures the installation and configuration of operating systems and necessary applications;
- Maintains and monitors local networks (LAN/Wi-Fi);
- Suggests hardware and software improvements for optimizing activities;
- Introduces, centralizes, and analyzes statistical data, creating reports and pivot tables;
- Ensures that IT infrastructure supports organizational objectives.
