At MR-Shop, you will take on a central function in the company: You connect HR, team organization, and payroll. As a contact person for our team, you ensure functioning HR processes and support the management in daily business.

Aufgaben

The HR Representative for our team with currently around 25 employees.

Responsibility in the Payroll Area: You manage our salary and wage accounting with DATEV Lohn und Gehalt independently.

Versatile Tasks: The role combines HR, team assistance, payroll, and organization

Direct Cooperation with Management: short distances, quick decisions, and a lot of trust.

Growth in the Company: We are currently growing by 20-25% per year – you support the company with your function

Your Role at Us

Payroll

• Preliminary preparation and execution of monthly salary accounting in DATEV
• Coordination of accounting data
• Control of relevant HR data
• Collaboration on annual accounts with our Inhouse Finance Team

HR Support

• Care for the entire employee lifecycle
• Preparation of contracts, certificates, and attestations
• Maintenance of personnel files
• Contact person for employees

Time Recording

• Daily control of the time recording system
• Clearing up discrepancies

Recruiting

• Support during interviews and coordination thereof
• Organize onboarding

Assistance (approx. 20-25%)

• Support to management
• Organization of appointments
• Preliminary preparation of documents and presentations

Qualification

You bring this with you

Experience: At least 5 years of experience in HR or personnel department.

Payroll Competence: Experience with DATEV Lohn und Gehalt.

Structured Work Style: You work organized, independently, and reliably.

Team Orientation: You actively seek contact with employees.

Discretion: You handle sensitive data responsibly.

HR Basic Knowledge: Knowledge of labor law and social security law.

Communication: You can conduct conversations, structure them, and communicate clearly.

Software: MS Office, DATEV Lohn & Gehalt, ERP- or HR-systems.

Languages: Excellent knowledge of the German language (C2).

Bereitschaft. Our office is in Saerbeck. You are ready to work in the office.
