Tax Advisor with experience, for the Málaga office

We are looking for a professional with proven experience of 4 to 6 years in the tax department of a national or multinational law firm for immediate incorporation into our Málaga office.

Perform all types of legal tasks as part of a work team with other professionals of higher categories and in cases of medium difficulty.

• Handling tax audits and inspection procedures.
• Drafting documents: reports, statements, appeals, claims, etc.
• Preparation of Corporate Tax and Personal Income Tax returns. Use of common applications.
• Planning and execution of M&A operations.
• Participation in due diligence.
• Research of doctrine and jurisprudence.
• Degree in Law, Economics and/or Business Administration
• Postgraduate training in taxation or international taxation or proof of preparation for competitive examinations for a minimum period of 2 years
• Proficiency in English (academic accreditation will be requested and a level test will be conducted) – minimum C1.
• Advanced proficiency in the Office suite (Word, Power Point and Excel)
