Sales Assistant

Responsible for Laguna Cyprien Store on weekends in Polanco, CDMX. Monday to Friday, 10AM - 7 PM. The Sales Assistant has the objective of driving sales at the store, providing exceptional customer service and actively contributing to the creation and continuous improvement of the shopping experience. Responsibilities: Maximize sales through proactive and personalized attention. Provide a warm, professional, and aligned with brand values shopping experience. Attend to customers in a timely manner, ensuring their needs are met. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing tailored solutions to meet their needs. Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales goals and improve customer satisfaction. Ensure store appearance is maintained at all times, including cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising. Perform administrative tasks as required, such as processing transactions, handling returns, and maintaining inventory. Contribute to the development of new ideas and initiatives that drive business growth and customer loyalty.
