Job description

Requirements:

  • University degree (minimum 100% credits) in Economics – Business Administration.
  • 2 years of experience in the insurance sector in the PROPERTY DAMAGE line of business, policies for Gas Pipelines, oil companies, ships, aeronautics, fire, commercial, property damage programs, etc.
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
  • Advanced English (Essential)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Property Damage Underwriting.
  • Administration, maintenance, and follow-up of Property Damage, Hospitality, and Construction policies.
  • Receiving calls and providing customer service and follow-up.
  • Follow-up and support for insured parties' claims to provide assistance.
  • Review technical area proposals and share information with the client, clarify doubts, and follow up.
  • Follow-up on administrative procedures with different internal departments.
  • Direct contact with insured parties and managing the entire insurance process.
  • Essential, knowledge of general terms and conditions of Property Damage policies.
  • Renewals.
  • Presentations.
