Requirements:

University degree (minimum 100% credits) in Economics – Business Administration.
2 years of experience in the insurance sector in the PROPERTY DAMAGE line of business, policies for Gas Pipelines, oil companies, ships, aeronautics, fire, commercial, property damage programs, etc.
Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
Advanced English (Essential)

Job Responsibilities:

Property Damage Underwriting.
Administration, maintenance, and follow-up of Property Damage, Hospitality, and Construction policies.
Receiving calls and providing customer service and follow-up.
Follow-up and support for insured parties' claims to provide assistance.
Review technical area proposals and share information with the client, clarify doubts, and follow up.
Follow-up on administrative procedures with different internal departments.
Direct contact with insured parties and managing the entire insurance process.
Essential, knowledge of general terms and conditions of Property Damage policies.
Renewals.
Presentations.
