Requirements:
- Degree (minimum 100% credits) in Economics – Administration.
- 2 years of experience in the insurance sector in Group Medical Expense (GMM) collective or group, administrative management (planning and control), information analysis, general conditions of GMM policies, customer service, general management of large accounts.
- Basic Excel
- Location: Chihuahua - Chihuahua
Job Responsibilities
- Collections management
- Issuance, renewal, and maintenance of policies.
- Administration, maintenance, and follow-up of Life, GMM, and optional plans policies.
- Receiving calls and providing service and follow-up to clients, until the closing of claims.
- Follow-up and accompaniment of hospitalized patient procedures to provide care to the insured.
- Receive requests for surgery scheduling procedures, and/or hospital reports to provide timely responses to the insured.
- Follow-up of administrative procedures with different internal areas.
- Direct contact with insured individuals and handling the entire insurance process.
- Proficiency in general terms of Benefits policies is essential.
Schedule:
Monday to Friday 08:00 to 17:30 in-person
Location: Av. Hemingway, Chihuahua Industrial Complex, CP. 3116
