Be part of the commercial team of HACIENDA ONCAN.

Real Estate Project of Villas and Land with more than 30 amenities. Located in an area of high appreciation just 3 minutes from the Maya Train station (Hacienda Oncan). Our Showroom is located in Paseo Montejo. We have already started construction.

Commercial advisor activities.

- Follow-up and prospecting of potential clients according to the sales funnel.

- CRM updates.

- Prepare and supervise the necessary documentation for signing sales contracts.

- Coordinate and conduct in-person or virtual tours of the project.

- Contribute to the creation of content for digital campaigns.

- Conduct comparative market analyses

Skills.

Service attitude, results-oriented, empathetic, active listening, time management, resilience, negotiation, proficiency in Office suite, CRM management, and English indispensable.

Experience.

Minimum 2 years of experience in the real estate sector.

Remuneration

Fixed Salary: $10,000

Variable Salary: From 2.30% to 3.20% according to goal and sales origin.

Full Time: 8-hour shifts for 5 days a week.

Workplace: In-person employment at the Showroom
