Boutique Luxury Avenue Los Cabos

YOUR MISSION
Provide a personal, customized, and memorable shopping experience, advising each client according to their needs and building relationships that generate trust and repeat purchases.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Provide personalized attention to national and international clients.
Advise on products, styles, sizes, fits, and combinations to create total looks.
Identify sales opportunities and meet individual and boutique goals.
Develop and follow up on a client portfolio through clienteling.
Accompany the client throughout the entire purchase and post-sale process.
Maintain the boutique impeccable in appearance, order, and display.
Support visual merchandising activities.
Participate in receiving, organizing, transferring, and counting merchandise.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Experience in sales, retail, fashion, or personalized customer service.
Passion for sales, service, and the world of fashion.
Excellent presentation and ability to connect with different client profiles.
Positive, proactive, and results-oriented attitude.
Attention to detail and sensitivity to brand image.
Ability to develop relationships and generate repeat purchases.
Availability to work boutique hours, including weekends.
English desirable.
WHAT WE OFFER
Base salary from 11,500 gross per month.
