Main functions: Drive sales to your clients by communicating our offers, contests, and/or corporate sales plans.
Prepare the corresponding bonuses for clients in your portfolio in a timely manner for delivery to the sales department.
Identify and report threats on your route, at-risk clients, political aspects that may directly affect us, security environment, etc., as well as design strategies together with the sales supervisor to confront these inconveniences.
Recover daily the amount of overdue invoices or advance payments from attended clients, reporting them to the credit and collections department.
Report invoices with information errors for follow-up.
Make deposits of cash or checks at authorized banks.
Deliver documents such as slips, checks, or unpaid invoices, collection summaries, etc., to the collections department.
Accompany the titular advisor on their routes to understand the demand of the route and the assigned clients.
Cover titular advisors' routes due to vacation or incapacity.
Review routes assigned by the sales supervisor regarding specific issues.
