What you will do
Advise clients to find the best solution for their projects.
Provide personalized attention throughout the entire purchasing process.
Prepare quotes and follow up on sales.
Meet established commercial objectives.
Build trusting relationships that foster customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements
High school diploma or technical career, incomplete or completed.
Minimum experience of 2 to 3 years in floor sales, retail sales, or customer service.
Desirable experience in selling flooring, tiles, porcelain tiles, coatings, or construction materials.
Passion for sales.
Proactive attitude.
Excellent customer attention and service.
Focus on results.
Ease of speech and negotiation skills.
