Job description
Job Title: Optical Advisor EVENING SHIFT
Modality: On-site. Activities
Directly responsible for the quality of patient care and experience.
Provides care to patients from the showcase according to established service times.
Promotes the products and additional benefits we offer to provide our patients with greater accessibility to our products and services.
Offers budget options to patients, allowing our products to be within their reach and enabling them to satisfy their visual needs.
Executes patient care and service processes, policies, and protocols in accordance with established standards.
Ensures to complete the corresponding training in the area within the Salud Digna program. Requirements
Education: High school diploma required, proof of studies indispensable.
1 year in customer service, sales, and cash handling.
Must have experience working under objectives or goals.
Must have a service attitude.
Enjoys teamwork.
