JOIN THE BANAMEX WORK TEAM We invite you to work with us as a Credit Card Sales Advisor Proactively approach our clients, achieving the generation of extraordinary positive experiences, through the placement of products and services, adhering to the policies and processes of both the institution and the commercial partner in order to achieve daily objectives. Functions Strategically identify and approach the client. Analyze, provide, and promote adequate product advice. Use necessary verbal dialogues to provide the client with a Credit Card that meets their needs and, consequently, they use it. Correctly execute the sales process, focusing on the client experience and compliance with institutional guidelines. Stay updated on products, services, and policies. Achieve customer experience and Credit Card placement objectives. Comply with the laws and regulations governing sales practice, acting ethically and in strict adherence to policies, as well as evaluating risks according to the institution's guidelines. Promote compliance with applicable business and commercial partner laws, rules, and regulations, applying ethical judgment and reporting any non-compliance with opportunity and transparency. Know and achieve your goals and objectives. Cleanliness and order of the workspace. Work Hours Monday to Sunday, with one day off during the week assigned between Monday and Thursday. Rotating shifts, 8 hours per day. Requirements Education High school diploma completed or Bachelor's degree desirable. Sales experience desirable. Customer service experience desirable. Desirable knowledge of basic financial products and general sales. Technological knowledge Ease of use of Tablet.
