Spare Parts Advisor

At BMW León, we are looking for an Advisor for the spare parts department. REQUIREMENTS Minimum education: High school diploma completed. Experience: At least 1 year in a similar position. Enjoyment and aptitude for sales, excellent service attitude, and goal-oriented work. Proficiency in basic computer packages, internet pages, and quote systems. Ease with administrative processes. Dynamism, problem-solving. OBJECTIVE AND FUNCTIONS Increase the sale of parts, covering the entirety of attention to Insurance Companies. Attend 100% of quotations through the insurers' electronic portals. Follow up on invoicing until payment, following the administrative process as established. Review of stock both in the local warehouse and the BMW plant warehouse to ensure inventory control. Guarantee the registration of invoices and their correct sending to maintain good portfolio control.
