• Attend daily to clients who communicate with us through different attention channels.
• Fulfill the attendance script according to the protocols defined by the Quality area.
• Register and record customer data correctly in the corresponding system.
• Respond to inquiries, requests, or complaints.
• Making calls to assigned database bases.
• Perform other related or complementary functions as assigned by your immediate supervisor.

• Secondary education or truncated studies.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in the Customer Service area in a call center.
• Availability to work in 100% remote mode.
