We are looking for empathetic, responsible individuals with a great service vocation to join our team as:

Retirement Advisor.

Job Responsibilities:

Guide and advise clients on retirement procedures: retirement, pension, benefits, and available alternatives.

Analyze work and retirement histories to provide personalized recommendations.

Perform AFORE account registrations and transfers.

Manage and follow up on processes with the corresponding institutions.

Maintain updated records and report progress.

Provide professional, respectful, and clear service at each stage of the advisory process.

Client prospecting through various means (field, social media, companies, etc.)

Requirements:

• 2 years of previous experience in AFORE, intangible sales, financial services, banking services.
• Knowledge of the retirement system and current regulations.
• Ability to communicate complex information in a simple way.
• Basic-intermediate proficiency with digital tools.
• High school diploma required, bachelor's degree desirable.
