Foster a culture of innovation, entrepreneurship, and continuous learning within the organization. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including franchisees, suppliers, and partners. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Provide support and guidance to franchisees in areas such as marketing, sales, and operations. Collaborate with other departments to develop and implement strategies for business growth and development. Identify and address potential risks and challenges that may impact the success of the organization. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the market, industry trends, and competitor activity. Provide insights and recommendations to senior management on strategic initiatives and opportunities for growth. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all activities, including meetings, phone calls, and correspondence. Perform other duties as assigned by management.
