Sales Advisor

What we are looking for?

Ensure the fulfillment of commercial objectives in water vending kiosks within your assigned territory, driving sales, executing commercial initiatives in the field, supporting managers, and guaranteeing a positive customer experience. You are responsible for implementing the local commercial strategy, monitoring key indicators, and supporting the profitable growth of the business.

Responsibilities:

• Execute in the field the commercial strategies defined by the Commercial Directorate for sales increase and kiosk positioning.
• Follow up on sales indicators, average ticket, repurchase, and customer satisfaction in your area.
• Train and support kiosk managers in sales techniques, customer service, and correct commercial operation.
• Identify commercial or improvement opportunities per kiosk, including image, product, promotions, and rotation.
• Generate commercial performance reports per point, including incidents, progress, and proposals.
• Propose actions to activate underperforming kiosks and consolidate high-performing ones.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Operations, and Maintenance for the execution of campaigns, events, or improvements.
• Constantly visit your route of kiosks, ensuring presence and direct follow-up.

Requirements:

• Degree in Administration or any related field, completed in any area.
• Minimum 2 years in field sales, customer service, promotion, or retail.
• Experience in client negotiation and contract closing.
• Valid driver's license desirable.
• Experience in managing corporate vehicles.
• Availability for field work (80%).
• Management of commercial indicators.
• Reporting tools (Excel, digital forms).
• CRM use (desirable).
