Job description
Requirements
- Minimum experience of 3 months in a Call Center.
- Computer skills and Microsoft office (user level).
- Critical customer handling.
- Correct oral and written communication.
- Possession of equipment to perform REMOTE WORK
- Availability to work from L - D (rotating breaks)
- Provide a cordial treatment to all clients.
- Effectively and efficiently answer phone calls.
- Offer effective solutions to customers' problems, doubts, and requirements.
- Provide advisory services to clients in case of telephone or virtual consultations with kindness and speed.
- Other functions inherent to the position or assigned by the immediate supervisor.
- Payroll income with benefits according to law
- Salary in line with the market: S/565
