As an Admissions Academic Advisor at EALDE Business School, you will be a key piece in the selection process of future students. Your work will focus on attracting, advising, and managing the applications of candidates interested in being part of our academic programs. We are looking for a proactive person with exceptional communication skills and a dedication to helping students achieve their educational goals. Requirements - Minimum experience of three years in sales, preferably in the educational sector. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and oral. - Ability to work in a team and independently. - Ability to organize and prioritize tasks. - Customer service orientation. - Knowledge of CRM systems. - Fluency in Spanish and English (written and spoken). - Bachelor's degree or equivalent. Responsibilities - Manage the entire admissions process, from initial contact to enrollment. - Provide personalized advice to potential students about our academic programs. - Respond to inquiries and provide relevant information about the school, programs, and admission requirements. - Evaluate applications and conduct interviews with candidates. - Participate in recruitment events and fairs. - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a smooth admissions process. - Achieve established enrollment goals.
