SALES ASSOCIATES W/M - 20H Shop in Shop - La Coruña

We are looking for a Sales Associate to fill a permanent part-time position (20 hours/week) at our Salomon shop in La Coruña.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• Utilize exceptional customer service skills, sales techniques, and product knowledge about Salomon products to connect customers with the right product and increase sales.
• Accompany and advise customers to provide a high-level customer experience, proposing complementary products (additional sales).
• Be competent in sales techniques and digital tools available at the store to offer exceptional customer service.
• Help protect company assets and procedures by promoting loss prevention and ensuring the warehouse is clean and well-organized.
• Be secure in handling cash.
• Mastery standard operating procedures, health and safety guidelines, visual merchandising, and community marketing principles.
• Be a brand ambassador and leverage the brand's service culture.
  This position requires 100% presence on the sales floor.
