Substance | Level Up by Substance is seeking an ASEAN Revenue & Growth Director based in Singapore to drive enterprise growth across ASEAN markets. The role targets multi-million-dollar BSS/OSS transformation deals with Tier-1 and Tier-2 operators, leveraging a strong C-suite network and value-based selling to shape regional growth.

You will lead strategic accounts in Singapore and across ASEAN, building high-value pipelines (8–15M+ ARR) and coordinating with product, delivery, and partnerships
