What needs to be done
Leadership of the department for Prevention, Early Intervention, and Parent Counseling with currently six employees (midwives and pediatric nurses) in various parent counseling centers. Coordination of tasks in the area of "Early Intervention" and parent counseling within the department and cooperation with network partners. Further development of the family liaison service and cooperation with the city's maternity clinics and other institutions. Planning and active participation in prevention work and projects for health promotion for children and adolescents in the city, especially in the area of prevention chains. Conducting medical examinations, among others, according to the Schleswig-Holstein School Act and participation in support conferences. Representation of the department towards other departments, authorities, and committees.
What you bring
Medical license to practice as a doctor and completed specialist training as a specialist in: Pediatrics Child and adolescent psychiatry and psychotherapy Public health Pediatrics Child and adolescent psychiatry and psychotherapy Public health For civil servants, additionally the qualification for career level 2, grade 2, specialization in Health and Social Services. Health certificates. Proof of vaccination according to the Measles Protection Act for all born after 1970 (please enclose proof). Driver's license. Driver's license class B required.

Good to know
The entry requirements for salaried employees are governed by preliminary note no. 3 of the remuneration regulations (VKA) to the TVöD. In the course of external service appointments, not all locations may be accessible. As a salaried employee, you will receive (in addition to the tariff table remuneration) a monthly specialist allowance of 500 Euros (currently limited until December 31, 2027) and an allowance of 300 Euros.
The remuneration is based on the provisions of the TVöD and can be found in the current remuneration table for the administration, IT, and engineering sector.
