Medical Assistant / MFA (m/f/d) for Consultation Hours, Surgery, and Aesthetics Assistance

To strengthen our team in our private dermatology practice, we are looking for a dedicated Medical Assistant / MFA (m/f/d) to work full-time, who will efficiently support our practice operations with precision and organizational skills and help shape our daily practice life.

Tasks

🔹 Consultation Hour Assistance – You will accompany and support the doctors during consultation hours and assist with aesthetic treatments.

🔹 Surgical Assistance - You will assist with minor outpatient procedures.
🔹 Practice Organization – You will maintain an overview of the processes, coordinate the transitions between reception, doctor, surgery, and laser, and ensure a smooth workflow.
🔹 Treatment Assistance – You will undertake and document the preparation and follow-up of treatments.
🔹 Medical Activities – You will independently perform treatments such as taking swabs, wound care, removing stitches, and other treatments.
🔹 Patient Care – You will support patients and ensure a smooth process.

🔹 Reception & Appointment Organization – In times of staff shortages, you will cover reception, be the first point of contact for our patients at the reception desk, greet patients warmly, and precisely coordinate appointments, communicate via email and phone, and work with our new cloud-based practice software.

Qualifications

✔ Completed training as a Medical Assistant (MFA) or comparable qualification.
✔ Interest in dermatological and aesthetic treatments as well as in working with modern technologies.
✔ An independent, structured way of working.
✔ Reliability, precision, and a sense of responsibility.
