Medical Assistant (MFA) for Consultations, OP and Aesthetic Assistance

We are looking for a dedicated Medical Assistant (MFA) in full-time to support our team with precision and organizational skills. You will assist the doctors during consultations and aesthetic treatments, coordinate appointments, and ensure a smooth workflow.

Tasks

🔹 Speech Therapy Assistance – You accompany and support the doctors during consultations and assist in aesthetic treatments.

🔹 OP Assistance - You assist with small outpatient procedures
🔹 Practice Organization – You keep track of the workflow, coordinate transitions between registration, doctor, OP, and laser, and ensure a smooth process.
🔹 Treatment Assistance – You take over and document the preparation and follow-up of treatments.
🔹 Medical Activities – You perform independent treatments such as biopsies, wound care, suture removal, and other treatments.
🔹 Patient Care – You stand by the patients' side and ensure a smooth process.

🔹 Reception & Scheduling – You represent the practice at
Engagements, are the first point of contact for our patients at
the registration desk, greet patients
friendly and coordinate appointments precisely, communicate via email
and phone, and work with our new cloud-based practice software.

Qualification

✔ Completed training as a Medical Assistant (MFA) or equivalent qualification.
✔ Interest in dermatological and aesthetic treatments as well as working with modern technologies.
✔ Independent, structured work style.
✔ Reliability, precision, and sense of responsibility.
