As a Physician (m/f/d) for Expense Management, you will be responsible for the management of expenses for our employees. This includes, but is not limited to, the processing of expense reports, the monitoring of expense accounts, and the provision of guidance and support to employees. Your tasks will also include the development and implementation of processes and procedures for expense management, as well as the analysis and optimization of existing processes. You will work closely with our HR department and other stakeholders to ensure the smooth operation of our expense management system. The ideal candidate will have a medical degree and several years of experience in a similar role. You will have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You will be fluent in German and have a good understanding of English. You will be willing to work in a fast-paced environment and be able to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines. You will be a team player who is able to work collaboratively with colleagues and stakeholders. You will be able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. You will be able to work in a multicultural environment and be open to new ideas and perspectives. You will be able to travel occasionally for business purposes.
