Tasks

What tasks would you have?

• You are the first point of contact for our internal talents
• You support the search for new cooperation partners, create new offers and process incoming inquiries
• You show your negotiating skills in contracts as well as in price negotiations with providers and service providers (cooperation partners)
• You develop concepts as well as content formats together with the talents and support them in their realization
• You act as an interface between the talents and our partners, plan their deployment and ensure their well-being
• You identify and acquire possible new talents for existing and future formats and broadcasts
• Together we help them to work in a future-oriented manner and create new opportunities beyond the artist's existence

Qualification

You bring this with you:

• at least 1-3 years of experience in influencer marketing, online marketing, e.g. in a digital, social media or PR agency
• Interest and a feel for the latest digital & consumer trends
• Confident handling of all common social media networks and online communities
• Ideally, experience in the implementation and/or conception of social media and influencer marketing campaigns
• High creativity and motivation
• Fluent German and English in spoken and written form
