Tasks

What would be your tasks?

• You are the first point of contact for our internal talents
• You support in the search for new cooperation partners, create new offers, and process incoming inquiries
• You demonstrate your negotiation skills in contracts as well as in price negotiations with providers and service providers (cooperation partners)
• You develop concepts and content formats together with the talents and support them in their realization
• You act as an interface between the talents and our partners, plan their deployment, and ensure their well-being
• You identify and acquire potential new talents for existing and future formats and shows
• Together, we help them to work in a future-oriented way and create new opportunities beyond being an artist

Qualification

What you bring:

• min. 1-3 years of experience in Influencer Marketing, Online Marketing, e.g., in a digital, social media, or PR agency
• Interest and flair for the latest digital & consumer trends
• Confident use of all common social media networks and online communities
• Ideally, already experience in the implementation and/or conception of social media and influencer marketing campaigns
• High creativity and motivation
• Fluent German and English skills, both written and spoken
