• You will work with the latest systems developed in-house. These include, for example, Hiimia and our own management system.

Tasks

What would your tasks be?

• You are the first point of contact for our internal talents.
• You will support the search for new cooperation partners, create new offers, and process incoming inquiries.
• You will demonstrate your negotiation skills in contracts as well as in price negotiations with providers and service providers (cooperation partners).
• Together with the talents, you will develop concepts and content formats and support them in their realization.
• You will act as the interface between the talents and our partners, plan their deployment, and ensure their well-being.
• You will identify and acquire potential new talents for existing and future formats and shows.
• Together we will help them to work in a future-oriented manner and create new opportunities beyond artist life.

Qualifications

What you bring with you:

• Min. 1-3 years of experience in influencer marketing, online marketing, e.g., in a digital, social media, or PR agency.
• Interest and flair for the latest digital & consumer trends.
• Confident use of all common social media networks and online communities.
• Ideally, already experience in the implementation and/or conception of social media and influencer marketing campaigns.
• High creativity and motivation.
• Fluent German and English skills, both written and spoken.
