Aufgaben

What tasks would you have?

• You are the first point of contact for our internal talents
• You support in finding new cooperation partners, create new offers and process incoming inquiries
• You show your negotiation skills in contracts as well as price negotiations with providers and service providers (cooperation partners)
• You develop concepts together with the talents like content formats and support them in realizing it
• You serve as an interface between the talents and our partners, plan their deployment and ensure their well-being
• You identify and acquire potential new talents for existing and future formats and broadcasts
• We help them together to work futuristically and create new opportunities beyond the artist's existence

Qualifikation

This is what you bring with:

• Mind. 1-3 years of experience in the area of Influencer Marketing, Online Marketing e.g. in a digital, social media or PR agency
• Interest and sense for the latest digital & consumer trends
• Safe handling of all common social media networks and online communities
• Idealistically already experience in implementing and/or conceiving social media and influencer marketing campaigns
• High creativity and motivation
• Fluent German language skills and English language skills in writing and speaking
