Identify, evaluate, and help prioritize AI and automation use cases.
Collect and translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications and solution designs.
Build, configure, and deploy AI-enabled applications and workflows using Power Platform, Microsoft Copilot, Azure AI Foundry/Studio, and Cognitive Services.
Develop scripts, connectors, and API integrations to extend platform functionality where required.
Prototype and implement AI solutions such as chatbots, copilots, document intelligence, predictive analytics, and generative AI use cases.
Collaborate with IT and enterprise system owners to integrate AI solutions into existing platforms and processes.
Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and compliant with enterprise governance standards.
Provide training, documentation, and knowledge transfer to business users to drive adoption.
Monitor solution performance and refine based on user feedback and evolving business needs.
Contribute to the ongoing development of the enterprise AI technology roadmap and best practices.
