Artificial Intelligence Specialist(AI team member)

Position Summary & Scope We are looking for an AI / Analytics Specialist to support the design, development, testing, and deployment of AI-driven solutions across business functions. The role will work on projects related to process automation, pricing intelligence, forecasting, analytics, and workflow optimization. The person will work closely with business teams, IT, and internal stakeholders to convert business problems into practical AI solutions. Areas of Responsibility (Key Result Areas) • Develop and maintain AI-driven solutions using machine learning algorithms, deep learning models, and natural language processing techniques. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop AI-based solutions that drive value for the organization. • Design, develop, test, and deploy AI-powered applications, including predictive analytics, data visualization, and workflow automation. • Work closely with IT and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of AI solutions into existing systems and processes. • Develop and maintain relationships with business teams to understand their needs and provide AI-based solutions that meet those needs. • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI, machine learning, and analytics, and apply this knowledge to improve AI-driven solutions. • Participate in project planning, execution, and monitoring to ensure successful delivery of AI-based projects. • Develop and maintain documentation for AI-driven solutions, including technical specifications, user guides, and training materials. Requirements • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field. • 3+ years of experience in AI development, machine learning, data analytics, or a related field. • Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, R, or Julia. • Experience with deep learning frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras. • Familiarity with big data technologies like Hadoop, Spark, or NoSQL databases. • Knowledge of cloud-based platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
