Artificial Intelligence - Learning Content Creator Intern

Explore and effectively use multiple Artificial Intelligence tools for content creation.

Design and deploy surveys for training and education programs to capture learner needs.

Convert survey outcomes into AI-generated video and audio content.

Develop quizzes, assessments, presentations, and videos for training modules.

Build and manage an entire Learning Management System (LMS), including training delivery, assessment, and certification.

Ensure all content is created with clear, professional English communication (both written & spoken).

Collaborate with internal teams to enhance training effectiveness and learner engagement.

Proficiency in using AI tools for video, audio, and content creation (e.g., Synthesia, HeyGen, ElevenLabs, Pictory, ChatGPT, etc.).

Excellent English communication skills (both written & spoken).

Ability to design surveys, quizzes, and assessments (Google Forms, Typeform, Kahoot, etc.).

Strong presentation design skills (PowerPoint, Canva, or AI-powered presentation tools).

Creativity and ability to translate ideas into engaging content.

Self-driven with a gig/start-up mindset and ability to work independently.

Access to a personal laptop/computer and reliable internet.

Knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS) setup and management.

Familiarity with AI voice-over and text-to-speech tools.

Basic video editing skills.

Background in English-medium education.

Prior exposure to e-learning, EdTech, or digital training content.

Strong time management and multitasking ability.
