About the Role A Senior AI Engineer focuses on building automated systems to evaluate, test, and enhance the performance of conversational AI models (LLMs, chatbots, voice assistants). They sit at the intersection of machine learning, software engineering, and QA automation, ensuring that AI systems produce high-quality, safe, and reliable responses at scale. Responsibilities Build Python-based pipelines for automated quality testing of AI responses. Integrate LLMs into automated evaluation frameworks to validate the performance of AI models. Develop and maintain a suite of AI-powered tools for data analysis, visualization, and reporting. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy AI-driven solutions that meet business requirements. Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices for AI development. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related field. 5+ years of experience in AI engineering, software development, or a related field. Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, data structures, and software design patterns. Proficiency in Python programming language and relevant libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, Keras).
