Artificial Intelligence Engineer

Job Description Designs, builds, and configures Copilot agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio. Focuses on implementing conversational logic, prompt flows, and integrating agents with data sources and automation workflows. Works closely with the AI Architect and Power Automate Engineer to ensure agents are scalable, secure, and aligned with business needs. Core Responsibilities: o Configure agent dialogs, triggers, and actions in Copilot Studio o Implement prompt engineering and context handling o Integrate agents with data sources such as SharePoint, Dataverse, and external APIs o Design and build automation workflows using Power Automate to extend agent capabilities o Test and debug agent functionality to ensure accuracy and reliability o Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and feedback on agent performance o Maintain agent documentation and update configurations as needed o Follow security best practices and ensure agents comply with organizational policies Qualifications: o Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field o 2+ years of experience in developing and deploying AI-powered conversational agents o Proficiency in Microsoft Copilot Studio and Power Automate o Experience with prompt engineering and natural language processing (NLP) o Understanding of data sources and API integration o Strong problem-solving and communication skills o Ability to work independently and as part of a team o Familiarity with security best practices for AI applications Bonus Points: o Experience with Azure AI services o Certifications in Microsoft AI technologies o Experience with other chatbot platforms, such as Dialogflow or Amazon Lex
