We are looking for an AI Developer to join our team to work with the Sales and Marketing teams to identify how AI can improve processes and implement AI agents which empower sales and marketing teams to scale their impact, enabling faster execution and making the team more productive. This is a unique opportunity that will give the selected candidate the ability to build production-grade AI systems, including LLM-powered applications and agentic workflows. As an AI Developer at Telna, you will be part of a dynamic team that is shaping the future of mobile networks. Key Responsibilities: • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to identify opportunities for AI-driven process improvements • Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered applications using LLMs and agentic workflows • Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into existing systems • Develop and maintain technical documentation for AI projects • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI and related technologies. Requirements: • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field • 3+ years of experience in developing AI-powered applications using LLMs and agentic workflows • Strong understanding of AI concepts, including machine learning, deep learning, and natural language processing • Experience with cloud-based platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Microsoft Azure • Familiarity with data structures, algorithms, and software design patterns • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
