Experience: 2-5 years Salary Range: 18K-20K PM (Negotiable)

Summary:
We are looking for a creative and passionate Art Teacher to inspire young learners from Junior KG to 5th Grade at our Pasodara, Surat campus.

Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver interactive, curriculum-aligned art lessons tailored to the developmental stages of Jr KG to 5th Grade students.
  
• Create a dynamic and safe classroom environment that promotes creativity, experimentation, and artistic confidence.
  
• Introduce students to a variety of art forms, techniques, and cultural expressions using diverse materials and media.
  
• Supervise art projects from concept to completion, ensuring student engagement, safety, and quality of work.
  
• Assess student progress through observations, portfolios, and feedback, supporting individual growth and skill development.
  
• Collaborate with grade-level teachers to integrate art into interdisciplinary and thematic units.
  
• Organize and lead school-wide art exhibitions, creative events, and seasonal art projects to celebrate student work.
  
• Maintain organized art supplies, equipment, and storage systems, ensuring sustainability and accessibility.
  
• Communicate regularly with parents and staff to share student achievements and classroom initiatives.
  

RequirementsRequirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts, Art Education, or a related field.
2–5 years of teaching experience in art education within primary or early childhood settings.
Strong foundational knowledge of visual arts, including drawing, painting, sculpture, and mixed media.
Demonstrated ability to adapt teaching methods to meet diverse learning needs and developmental levels.
Proficiency in managing classroom resources, materials, and safety protocols in an art setting.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Passion for fostering creativity, self-expression, and confidence in young learners.
Willingness to participate in school events, professional development, and collaborative planning sessions.
