Key Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, or related field. 5+ years of experience as an Art Supervisor or similar role. Strong portfolio showcasing visual direction, design strategy, and campaign execution. Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
