Art Direktor (M/W/D)

We are looking for an Art Director. Someone who doesn't just think concepts, but also brings them to life visually. Whether animated Social Assets, digital campaigns or classic print formats, you design communication that stays with people. In their heads. In their hearts. On the screen.

MWD is a 360° creative agency with a digital focus in Frankfurt/Main and Berlin. Since 2012, we have been working in a small team for major brands. With our long-standing clients from the lifestyle, travel, entertainment, and sports sectors, we maintain trusting partnerships and are closely involved in the development of their respective brands and products.

Art Direktor:in (with Motion Design Skills)

As Art Director, you will work independently and in close coordination with consulting and project management on various projects for well-known clients. You have a sense of strong ideas, an eye for typography, color, and composition. You can work well with clients and stand for high-quality project execution. Moreover, you are able to connect different projects, overall strategy, and general market trends to create added value for our clients. Aufgaben

• Konzeption und Gestaltung von innovativer und nachhaltiger Markenkommunikation (digital, animiert und print)
• Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Assets für Social Media, digitale Kampagnen, Websites & Präsentationen
• Gestaltung von Online-Werbemitteln, Mailings, Newslettern und klassischen Printprodukten
• Erstellung überzeugender Kunden- und Pitchpräsentationen mit starker visueller Sprache
• Eigenverantwortliche Organisation und Umsetzung deiner Projekte in engem Austausch mit Beratung und Kund:innen

Qualifikation

• Berufserfahrung in einer Agentur oder im Kreativumfeld
• Starkes Gespür für Design, Typografie und visuelle Konzepte
• Erfahrung in der Gestaltung für digitale und analoge Medien (Web, Social, Print)
• Sicherer Umgang mit Adobe Creative Suite, idealerweise auch Figma, Sketch, etc. (Grundkenntnisse in HTML und CSS sind ein Plus)
• Kenntnisse im Motion Design (After Effects, Premiere Pro (o.ä.) sind für dich tägliches Handwerkszeug)
• Selbstständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und hohe Qualitätsansprüche
• Innovationsfreude, Neugier auf neue Tools und ein gutes Gespür für Trends
• Teamgeist, Offenheit und Lust, dich aktiv in Projekte einzubringen
