Art Director:in (m/w/d) Kreation & Konzept

Two brands, one team: Unbunt (advertising agency) and Heldenglück (own brand).

We are looking for an experienced Art Director:in who leads visual concepts, steers design projects, and brings brands to the point without compromise, from the first scribble to the finished appearance. This is not a junior position. We need someone who has already proven that they can deliver.

Tasks

• Creative leadership of brand and campaign projects (Print & Digital)
• Development of visual concepts and design strategies
• Responsibility for look, quality, and consistency of projects
• Fuelling, sparring, and further development of the design team
• Presentation of ideas, designs, and concepts internally and to clients
• Coordination with clients and project team, solution-oriented and clear

Qualification

• Multiple years of professional experience as Senior Designer:in or Art Director:in
• Strong conceptual thinking and design excellence
• Leadership skills, communication strength, and confident appearance
• Self-responsible, structured work style with high quality standards
• Portfolio showing brand development and campaigns at a high level
• Familiarity with common design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, ideally also Figma)
