Art Director (w/m/d) Social & Creator Marketing

You are yourself social native, know how brands really work on platforms and always keep visual development in mind. If you exactly know what we mean, then let's talk.

Tasks

• You develop visual concepts and Social-First ideas for influencer and social media campaigns for national and international B2C brands.
• You set creative standards for our brands and are responsible for the visual quality of our outputs.
• You translate current social trends and insights into convincing Social-First narratives, also for influencer and creator concepts.
• You design platform-native assets for our clients' channels, from Always-On to campaign, from Reel to Static.
• You know how brand codes are translated natively in social formats without looking like advertising.
• You have a genuine sense of platform aesthetics and trends and know when and how to use them.
• You brief and steer creators, photographers, and production teams.
• You work closely with Strategy, PM, and the Social Media Team.
• You develop moodboards, storyboards, and styleframes for pitches and productions.

Qualification

• At least three years of experience as an Art Director, with a clear focus on social media and creator marketing.
• A strong portfolio with Social-First projects that speaks for itself.
• You actively consume platforms and recognize trends before anyone else knows them.
• Experience in handling various brand codes and their platform-adaptive adaptation for different customer accounts.
• Safe handling of Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and common editing tools.
• Very good German and English in writing and speaking.
• Hands-on mentality and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, creative environment.
