ART DIRECTOR (m/w/d)

Unbound is our advertising agency: brands, websites, campaigns.

Heldenglück is our own brand: gift products from design to shop.

We are looking for an experienced person who makes design not just look good, but gets it right.

You lead projects, set standards, make the team better and deliver quality on a level where you don't have to discuss anymore.

Important: This is not a junior position. No training on the job.

We are looking for someone who has already proven that they can lead and deliver.

Tasks

What you'll be doing here

• Creative leadership of brand and campaign projects (Print & Digital)
• Development of visual concepts and design strategies that really work
• Responsibility for look, quality, and consistency across all channels
• Führung, Sparring, and further development of our design team
• Presentation to customers and coordination (clear, sovereign, solution-oriented)
• You set standards, simplify processes, and bring structure in

Qualification

What we expect (really expect)

• Multiple years of professional experience as Art Director (agency or brand)
• Strong conceptual thinking, understanding of brands, and design excellence
• You can lead teams, give feedback, and demand quality without ego-show
• You work independently, reliably, and deliver on time
• Portfolio that shows brand development + campaigns cleanly
• Very confident in Adobe Creative Suite (ID, AI, PS)
