Art Director (m/w/d)

We are looking for

For our location in Hamburg Langenhorn, we are seeking a full-time experienced, responsible, and creative individual as Art Director (m/w/d) at the earliest possible time.

Your Tasks

Operative Creative Responsibility in the Studio

• You are responsible for the creative quality of our productions in daily business
• You steer shootings operationally and ensure a consistent visual language
• You keep styling, H&MU, model effect, and set in mind and make safe image decisions
• You work closely with photography, styling, hair & makeup, and post-production together

Briefing & Implementation

• You translate customer briefings into clear visual guidelines for the studio team
• You ensure that brand requirements are implemented efficiently and precisely
• You develop existing style guides further in an operational context

Customer Contact

• You are a creative point of contact for selected customers
• You present image selections and argue visual decisions confidently
• You recognize optimization potential in the setup and bring it in structured manner

Quality Control & Further Development

• You ensure a high creative level even in high-volume environments
• You bring trends and new impulses into play – always within the production reality
• You can clearly present your visual ideas conceptually and support our customers in developing their visual language

Your Profile

• Multiple years of professional experience in the field of Art Direction, Creative or in the shooting/agency environment
• Experience in implementing e-commerce productions and confident in handling higher output
• Very good sense for modern, brand-appropriate visual language and digital platforms
• Structured, solution-oriented working style and decision-making ability on set
• Professional and confident demeanor in customer interactions
• Good knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite
• Excellent knowledge with Capture One
