As Art Director, you're the creative force behind our Brand Experiences. You think visually, tell stories through images, and set ideas in motion from scratch to final asset independently.

Tasks

Development of visual concepts for campaigns & brand appearances (digital & analog)
Hands-on implementation: graphics, layout, social assets, presentations
Ensuring a strong, consistent brand fit across all touchpoints
Closely working with Key Account, Social Media & Design
Creative input for pitches, idea generation & new business
Professional sparring in the team – sharing knowledge, strengthening the unit

Qualification

Mind. 4 years of experience as Art Director in the agency field
Familiar with Adobe CC (Ps, Ai, Id – AE from an advantage) & Figma
Strong in concept development, storytelling, and modern brand communication
Aesthetic sense, trend awareness, and courage to new ideas
Structured, self-reliant work style – hands-on & solution-oriented
Pleasure in interdisciplinary work with PM, Social & Content
Very good German and English skills
