We're building something here. Heldenglück is our own product brand – gift items that we bring from idea to shelf. Nationwide in retail. And we're just getting started. Behind it stands Unbunt, our advertising agency with customers all over Germany. Here something special is being created – and you can be part of it.

This isn't startup romance, but real growth with an agency that knows what it's doing. We're looking for someone to join our team on site in Dülmen.

Aufgaben

You set the creative direction – for a brand that's just gaining momentum. Heldenglück is growing, and you make sure that every product, campaign, and touchpoint fits.

Your mission:

• Kreative Leitplanken setzen: You define the visual language for Heldenglück and selected agency customers.
• Produktdesigns mit Impact: You develop designs that immediately stand out on the shelf and set impulse purchases.
• Markenführung mit Anspruch: From packaging to campaign, you hold the reins in your hand.
• Teamführung: You lead the graphic team, inspire, and make sure that the PS also hits the street.
• Hands-on: You're not too proud to take matters into your own hands when it counts.

Qualifikation

We're looking for pros, not beginners. You've learned the trade and burn for good design that sells.

You bring:

• Erfahrung: At least 2 years of professional experience as a Senior Designer or Art Director (agency or brand side).
• Marken-Denke: You think not in pretty pictures, but in systems and brand messages.
• Leadership: You have first leadership experience or the natural talent to lead others.
• Tech-Stack: Adobe CC (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) is your second living room.
• Präsenz & Fokus: You have a desire for real collaboration in the office in Dülmen (we do not offer remote work or freelancing for this key position).
