• You develop innovative concepts and visual ideas for campaigns, brand identities, and digital products
• You lead the creative team, provide constructive feedback, and promote professional development
• You evaluate creations, texts, and visuals to ensure the highest quality standards
• You present and defend creative ideas internally and to clients
• You integrate current design trends, technologies, and AI-powered tools into our work processes
• You work closely with project management and interdisciplinary teams to ensure efficient workflows

• You have a completed degree or training in graphic, communication, or motion design – or comparable experience
• You have several years of agency experience as a Senior Graphic Designer or Art Director
• You have experience in motion design, 3D visualization, UX/UI, or content creation
• You have a strong sense of style, aesthetics, composition, and visual storytelling
• You have already led teams professionally and taken on responsibility
• You enjoy innovative ideas and concepts and value creative excellence
• You are familiar with production processes and master the common tools (Adobe Creative Suite)
• You enjoy using modern technologies like generative AI to support creative processes
• You have good German language skills and can express yourself convincingly both in writing and orally
