Tasks

For our Mainz location, we are looking for an experienced and passionate Art Director to take on the visual and conceptual leadership of exciting projects in the e-content sector. You will work on the development and implementation of campaigns for large international clients in the beauty and FMCG sectors – leaving your unmistakable creative fingerprint.

Creative and visual direction of e-content campaigns for international beauty and FMCG clients – B2B and B2C

• Development of compelling concepts and visual strategies – from the initial briefing to the final implementation
• Working at the intersection of image and video: digital campaign formats that rethink media and genres
• Use and further development of AI-supported production methods as an integral part of the creative process
• Direct customer contact: You are the point of contact for clients, understand their world, and translate briefings into strong visual ideas
• Hands-on involvement: You also get actively involved and support the team in implementation
• Presentation of your results to discerning clients – in German and English

Qualifications

• At least 3–5 years of experience as an Art Director, ideally in an agency or content production for international brands
• Specialization in digital campaigns – with a passion for formats at the intersection of image and video
• AI affinity and experience: You are enthusiastic about the new possibilities of AI production and already have initial experience – or are burning with curiosity about it
• Hands-on mentality: You are not just a conceptualizer, but also enjoy getting hands-on and supporting implementation
• You enjoy customer contact: You are empathetic, understand what customers want – or ask the right questions when they don't yet know exactly
• Analytical and creative thinking with a strong sense for brands in the beauty and FMCG environment
• You test, try things out, and love unconventional solutions – even if they seem unusual at first
• Confident communication in German and English, both written and in customer discussions
